This simple scenario of the child wanting candy but the parent not giving in, which ultimately leads to a temper tantrum in the grocery store, is a rather typical scenario in itself. The twist comes at the end when you discover what the ad is actually for. That shock, mixed with the child’s antics, create a great mixture of a well thought out, and lasting, commercial message.
